 Welcome to iLashCityUsa.

To ensure a pleasant and professional experience for all our clients, we have established the following policies. Please read through them carefully. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. 

  • Booking: Appointments must  be made online through our website or by phone
  • Confirmation: A confirmation email and or text message will be sent to you upon booking. Please ensure all details are correct.
  • Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and to allow for a relaxed start to your service.


 

  • Notice: We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients.
  • Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment and no-shows will be charged 50% of the service fee.
  • Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel due to an emergency. You will be granted a one time "last minute" Cancellation. 

  • Grace Period: We offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 10 minutes, we may need to shorten your service time or reschedule your appointment, and a late fee may apply.
  • Rescheduling: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure our other clients are not inconvenienced.

 

  • Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other specified payment methods. Full payment is due at the time of service.
  • Gratuity: Tips are appreciated but not required. They can be given in cash or added to your credit card payment.
  • Refunds: All services are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with your service, please inform us before leaving the studio so we can address any concerns.

 

  • Consent Forms: You are required to complete a consent form for all services. This is for your safety and to ensure we provide the best possible service.
  • Records: We maintain records of your services and preferences to tailor our services to your needs. These records are confidential and are used solely for the purpose of enhancing your experience with us.
